(2) To plan and organize the designation wise trainings.
(3) To administer manpower planning & recruitment process.
(4) To proceed cases of local (external) and foreign training and supervise post training activities.
(5) Coordination / liaison with training consultancies / institutes for scheduling training programs.
(6) To prepare different analytical reports pertaining to training & recruitment.
(7) To conduct research and comparative analysis of training institutes / consultancies / educational projects of public sector etc. training programs as and when required.
(8) To conduct training / awareness session for employees as and when required.
(9) To plan, manage & conduct the consulting interviews with employees.
(10) Coordinate & liaison with recruitment agencies / advertisement agencies for publication and recruitment advertisement.
(11) To conduct hiring and selection interviews for various positions.

Core Responsibilities (1) To ensure proper payment of daily allowances against tour bills.
(2) To check and process payment of Medical Reimbursement of Officers and permanent workers.
(3) To check fortnightly payment of Canteen charges.
(4) To process payment of Foods & Conveyance Allowances as per applicable rate.
(5) Responsible for recording of cost center wise details of all expenses.
(6) To assist in taking approval of all personnel and other expenses.
(7) To assist in process of payroll of officers i.e. preparation of shift allowance report, attendance incentive report, absent/ leave without pay report etc.
(8) To assist in other employment related activities and perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by Head HR / Sectional Head HR Operations. Be able to assist in maintenance of HR records as per IMS requirement , preparation & review of HR record before IMS audit.
